This is Keith the Bird Man. You'll probably run into him and his parrot Natasha around downtown San Jose, by Christmas in the Park. If you do, ask him about his handmade bird toys, which he makes from broken up bits of baby cribs that he dips in food coloring. He's selling them to raise money to pay for a new bird, a replacement for one he lost in a fire that broke out in "They Jungle," the homeless encampment by Keyes and Senter where he lives. If you don't need a bird toy, ask him about getting your picture taken with Natasha. She won't bite (unless you're a spaz).
